Early Flower Spirits

Feeling a deep spiritual connection with nature, Jean began to explore the world of fairies, gnomes, elves, and other spirits of the ethereal realms. She took her watercolors into a new dimension with what she now calls the early Flower Spirit paintings. As she studied and meditated on the unseen forces at work in nature, interesting lifelike beings began to emerge from the plants. During this time, she decided to capture them in her paintings. They are presented here on the website as an example of another step in Jean’s journey into the exploration of nature and spirit.
